Bordon 3.1 Site Clearance

Contracted by Whitehill and Bordon Regeneration Company, Avon Construction were employed to undertake the site clearance of parcel 3.1 in preparation for a land sale. The site presented with vast volumes of waste spoil, builders materials and discarded fencing that needed to be cleared prior to the sale of the plot going through.

The scope of works was the total site clearance, including the crushing and stockpile of concrete products, disposal of excess materials, dismantling of unwanted fencing, re-profiling the site and installation of new secure perimeter fencing. Works commenced late August and were completed late October, in line with the land sale.
