Fleets Corner Resurfacing

Avon Construction were awarded the contract to deliver the "Resurfacing Package" at Fleets Corner Business Park as part of the on-going upgrade to site infrastructure.

Works involved a site wide reduced dig, 175m diversion of a 300mm gas main, construction of 148m3 attenuation tank 140m drainage kerbs, 11no street lights and associated ducting, installation of petrol interceptor and manholes, casting of 535m2 concrete loading bay, 4200m2 road construction and associated line markings.

The contract was successfully delivered on time and to budget providing a new road and 96no. parking bays for business park use.
