Poole Park Footbridge

Poole Park Footbridge - Avon Construction worked with the Borough of Poole to replace an old reinforced concrete footbridge, that had been shut for a number of years, with a new FRP bridge. Work involved demolishing the old bridge, casting new reinforced concrete cill beams, lifting the new FRP bridge into position, casting new reinforced concrete approach slabs, installing railings and repairing and rebuilding the existing masonry walls and pilasters.
