Shawford Station Refurbishment

This was the refurbishment of Shawford Station Booking Hall so that it can be used as a community café and social meeting point on behalf of the Three Rivers Community Rail Partnership and South Western Railway.

 Works comprised of:

  • Site strip out

  • Structural door opening

  • New timber panelling up 1.2m

  • Use of existing timber boarding to make an electrical cupboard

  • Repairing and repainting internal and external walls

  • New patio area

  • PVC cladding installed to kitchen and store room

  • Power supply to all rooms

  • Air conditioning, extractor fans and new lighting

  • Non-slip flooring to all rooms
